Day 1: 14/09:  Check out from Jerusalem hotel. Arrival to Allenby Bridge – Aqaba

After breakfast check out from your hotel in Jerusalem

08:00  Am  transfer to Allenby bridge to cross to jordan , after border procedures Arrival and assistance of our representative, After the Visa procedures

Arrival  to the city of Aqaba, for a panoramic visit with free time in the city and / or beach. Dinner and overnight in Aqaba hotel

Day 2: 15/09: Aqaba – Wadi Rum

Breakfast, departure for an excursion in the Wadi Rum desert and ride in 4×4 vehicles driven by Bedouins for 2 hours, consisting of a small excursion in the lunar landscape of this desert. We will enter the pink sands of this desert, which has a special charm provided by the granite massifs that nature has modeled with whimsical shapes. Dinner and overnight in the camp.

Day 3: 16/09: Petra visit, overnight Petra

Breakfast, full day dedicated to the visit of the pink city, the capital of the Nabateans. During the visit, we will get to know the most important and representative monuments carved in the rock by the Nabateans. The Treasury, famous and internationally known monument made into a movie in one of the Indiana Jones movies, the Colored Tombs, the Royal Tombs, etc. Dinner and overnight at the Petra hotel.

Day 4: 17/09: Petra, Karak, Mt. Nebo – Madaba–overnight Amman

After breakfast, depart Petra Continue to the famous Karak Castle, a magnificent structure, with a characteristic that distinguishes it from other Jordanian castles, with numerous intricate tunnels.

Continue to Mount Nebo to admire the panoramic view of the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea from the mountain. This place is important because it was the LAST place visited by Moses and from where the prophet divided the promised land, which he would never reach

Proceed to Madaba. We will visit the Orthodox Church of Saint George, where the first mosaic map of the Holy Land is found. Departure to Amman for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: 18/09: Amman – Jerash — Amman, overnight Amman

After breakfast, Continue to the city of Jerash, one of the cities of the Decapolis. Jerash is located north of Amman, approximately 45 km and an hour away by road. During the excursion, we will visit the Arc de Triomphe, the Oval Square, the Cardo, the Colonnade, the Temple of Aphrodite and finally, the Roman Theatre, with wonderful acoustics. Amman City Tour

Dinner & overnight in Amman

Day 6: 19/09: Amman – Dead Sea –- Amman overnight

After Breakfast Continue to Dead Sea, the lowest point on earth, located 400 meters below sea level,

Enjoy Swim and float in the Dead Sea

Return back to  Amman,  Farwell Dinner overnight in Amman

Day 7 : 20/09 Amman – Allenby Bridge  cross back to Israel – Departure flight from Ben-Gurion airport

After Breakfast transfer

At 09:00 depart the hotel to Allenby bridge

After border procedures cross to Israel side

Meet your driver than transfer to Ben Gurion airport

Around 2:00 PM arrival  to Ben Gurion airport for your departure flight back home

Tour Cancellations

Cancellations must be sent by e-mail to [email protected]. Yael Adventures will not be responsible for and will not refund any purchases not made through Yael Adventures, e.g., airline tickets. Cancellation according to state travel advisors and/or warnings, acts of war, acts of God, natural disasters, or other reasons that are out of Yael Adventures’ control, will not be eligible for any form of refund. For cancellations by a tour leader or by individuals who registered for a trip, refunds will follow the Cancellation Fees schedule posted below.

Cancellation Fees

• $350 non-refundable registration fee
• 61-75 days before the departure day: 50% of total trip cost
• 31-60 days before the departure day: 75% of total trip cost
• 0-30 days before the departure day: 100% of  total trip cost

Note about flight times

We recommend outbound flights departing Tel Aviv be after 4pm on September 20th (or later).
